Focus on low fat foods: Why you should have fun

Whether you're looking to lose weight, keep the line, or you have special dietary needs, eating foods low in fat is the best way to feel good in your body and mind...
Lead a hectic lifestyle can wreak havoc on your diet and your food choices, and many people rely on fast food and other unhealthy foods. Research has shown that snacking can have a number of benefits to the overall health of the body, and that instead of eating three large meals a day, it would be better to eat foods low in fat more often.

Sugar cravings: How to fight against your inner demons
Many people, especially when they follow low calorie diets, feel uncontrollable sugar cravings, often in mid-morning and later in the afternoon. This is due to a drop in blood sugar. If you cannot control yourself, chances are that you throw a candy bar.
Even if you think it is just a simple difference, it will cause your blood sugar to rise sharply and back down when the cycle will restart.
Foods low in fat: Start your day by eating highly nutritious oatmeal that you provide energy over time. If you do not have time to bake each morning, add cinnamon and milk in a bowl of uncooked oats and leave in the refrigerator overnight, to have a nutritious meal the next day. Sweeten with honey.
If sugar is your enemy, then a fruit juice made from strawberries, kiwi or pineapple mixed with yogurt lighter will give you the sweetness you need and the benefits of antioxidants, vitamins and minerals.
Cardiovascular Health
Recent studies suggest that snacking throughout the day can lower cholesterol and improve blood lipid levels. Serious diseases such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease and obesity are related to food made of overeating.
Incorporate nuts and seeds in your diet will improve your balance of vitamins and minerals, and therefore your overall health.
Nuts have recently been under the spotlight because of their full contribution to a daily diet. Only 7 walnuts a day contain two times more antioxidants than any other nut. They are a very good source of protein and dietary fiber. However, they should not be salted or roasted to retain their health benefits!
