Sauté for a few minutes. Add broccoli, squash and green beans and cook for two
to three minutes then add the tomatoes and tomato sauce. Simmer uncovered for
about twenty minutes until vegetables are tender and sauce has thickened. Serve

3. Veg Bulgur:
Ingredients: 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1 cup
bulgur, 1 chopped onion, half a cup of diced red pepper, half the ground cuminm

vegetable broth or water, salt and pepper to taste.
Directions: Heat the pan and add the olive
oil. Now add the dry bulgur and onion. Cook until onion is soft and bulgur is
golden. Add pepper and celery bell and put the cumin and chili powder and cook
for a few minutes over medium heat. Add vegetable broth or water and bring to
boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes and sprinkle with salt and pepper

4. Fish with herbs:
Ingredients: 1 fish fillet, 2 tablespoons
olive oil, herbs such as dill, parsley, tarragon, lemon, salt and pepper to
taste.
Directions: Preheat oven and a mixture of
herbs with little oil and salt and pepper. Apply a little oil on the baking
sheet and place the net. Pour the dressing over the fish. Bake for about 45
