Are you going to be eating 5-6 small meals
a day consisting of protein, vegetables, healthy fats and fruits? Protein
sources may be eggs, Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, chicken, fish, tuna, lean
red meat or pork. Healthy fats are olive oil or fish oil and fat contained in
the protein source.
At each meal, you'll have a piece of fruit.
